The Committee gave consent to dismissal of several officials. Inter alia, in compliance with Article 24 of the Law "On Organizational and Legal Principles of fighting Organized Corruption", the Committee gave consent to dismissal of colonel V.Perevierziev from the post of the Head of the Department in charge of fighting Corruption and Organized Crime of the State Security Service Department in Kyiv region due to the disestablishment of a post.
The Committee members also upheld the appeal concerning alterations in organization and personnel structure of the Chief Department for fighting Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and territorial special subunits of the Departments for fighting Organized Crime in order to enhance managerial activity of the Chief Department for fighting Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and secure efficient management of the subunits.
